Sand And Surf by Paola Ditel

ARTIST NOTES: An above view of a receding wave as it brushers back and exposes the rocks and smoothes the sand but still allowing to show the impressions left from previous markings, a past impression of what was before. As the mesmerising surf foams, twist, bubbles and turns be it violently the mixing sea water creates upon itself continually new forms of schiuma, allowing for gaps or windows to reveal the life form, sand and calm sea water beneath. A meditative art piece that shows ever changing form, even the rocks seemingly still are not the same with each wave slowly shaping and moving them. Nothing stays the same.
