Congratulations to George Largent who won Best Exhibit with his work 'Follow the Leader'
Judge Regina Hone commented-" The Artist has made the subject look rather simples yet upon close inspection there are numerous subtle changes in colour all the way down that provide wonderful interest and depth. The granulation of the melded colours has given the work a peaceful energy which has been offset by the glowing silvery water that has a subtle inclusion of contemporary warmth to the painting. The flock of birds further enhances the painting with an element of life.'
