Artist / Art Tutor
Caroline Brett 

My background and experience in art has been a lifelong career.
I studied at St.Martin’s School of Art, London U.K.and Lincoln School of Arts and Design, U.K.
I have 10 years experience teaching at Secondary Schools in N.S.W.
2 years teaching adults at W.E.A. (Workers Education Association), N.S.W. in conjunction with Wollongong University.
20 Years adult tutoring/ teaching in both private and class situations.

Experienced in all aspects and mediums, I now specialise my teaching in water colour, oils, pastels and acrylics.


I have exhibited at many venues including most recently ~
Without Pier- Sandringham,  St. Kevin’s -Toorak,  Spencer Studio-Patterson Lakes,  Camberwell Rotary Art Show- Camberwell, Antony & Woodgate- Brighton,  Werribee Beta Sigma Phi- Werribee,  Williamstown Rotary- Williamstown,  Chelsea Rotary- Chelsea,  Brighton/ Bayside Rotary- Brighton,  Suburban 312 Gallery- Brighton,  Point Cook Art Show- Point Cook Golf Estate, Bahrs Scrub Art Gallery- Beenleigh Qld (which I also managed).
I have also had many private commissions throughout my career.

I have received several Awards, my most honoured being presented a 'Highly Commened' by Lloyd Rees.

On a personal level I come from a long line of Artists, married an Artist who became successful and noted for his one-man shows and exhibitions at the Argyle Art Centre, Sydney.

I am currently teaching/ tutoring in the baysides of Melbourne and aim to begin classes in the Brighton area.
